We are looking for a Growth Account Executive to play a pivotal role in shaping our sales organization, working closely with the CEO and CTO.

Variant Perception operates at the intersection of market history and data science. We combine innovative techniques with a love of market history to build predictive models for better investment outcomes.

Our investment portal provides clients direct access to our proprietary models across all asset classes including single stocks.  Our portal embeds our models and technology to offer: a) Actionable data & research b) Better user interfaces (UX).

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years track record of success in B2B (SaaS) sales, with multi-month sales cycles and average deal sizes in the 5-6 figures.

• Someone who craves the opportunity to build new client relationships without hierarchical or geographical limitations.

• Formal experience in finance is helpful, but a passion for investing is key.

• Someone who is ready to adapt their knowledge & processes creatively in a start-up environment, from building collateral to closing deals.

• A natural leader who's passionate about building meaningful relationships that can transition to a leadership role as our company grows.

Your role on the team:

• Execute a full-cycle sales process to identify new opportunities and close deals.

• Take the reins of major accounts, helping to deepen and expand our engagement.

• Play a pivotal role in shaping our sales organization, working closely with the CEO and CTO.

Location

Our team is generally remote, but if you live in London or New York or San Francisco, that’s a bonus. We hold in-person offsites twice a year.

Compensation

90-125k USD/year base salary + variable compensation dependent on experience. (OTE Range (140k – 200k). For US hires, healthcare coverage.
